This is a promotional leaflet advertising The Wine Press (1913) by Alfred Noyes (1880-1958), an English poet, playwright, novelist, and short story writer. Despite being portrayed as a militarist by critics of his time, Noyes was an ardent pacifist and only supported war if a country faced invasion or attack by an uncompromising opponent.
